Join us every Wednesday for an energetic practise.
In this class we will begin with guided breathing followed sun salutations. We will then work through sections of the Ashtanga primary series, a strong sequence which synchronises breath and movement to cleanse the body and still the mind.
We will finish with asana (postures) designed to recenter and calm the nervous system.
